Stationary Pallet Inverters and In-line Solutions
Stationary and in-line pallet inverters handle high volumes and can be connected directly to the conveyor system. Used where inversion needs to be part of a fixed or automated flow.

More about stationary pallet inverters and in-line solutions
Stationary pallet inverters are built for one fixed location with high throughput and predictable cycle times. They are mounted on a foundation, connected to 3-phase power and compressed air, and operated locally or integrated into a larger production system.
In-line pallet inverters sit in the middle of the conveyor system and rotate the pallet as it passes through. The construction requires precise alignment with belt speed and pallet weight, but in return delivers continuous operation without interruption.
Where it makes sense
Stationary and in-line inverters are typically used in packaging facilities, repackaging plants and distribution centres with consistent flow. If the same pallet type needs to be inverted hundreds of times daily, this is where the mobile models reach their limit.
Our approach to the project
We start with a review of your flow, pallet types, weight and speed. The machine and control system are then dimensioned. If you have an existing PLC or SCADA, we integrate the new inverter with it. Commissioning is done on site by our technicians, and we hand over documentation ready for CE marking.
Stationary and in-line pallet inverters are an investment that needs to suit operations for many years. We advise based on actual use, not on standard models. For lower volumes and flexible placement, a mobile pallet inverter is often more practical.
