Mobile Pallet Inverters

Mobile pallet inverters are built to be moved around and used where the need arises. The machine is driven into place, locked down, and ready for operation without mounting. That makes it a flexible solution at warehouses where inversion does not happen at the same spot every day.

Typical applications include reloading from a single-use pallet to a EUR pallet on intake, inverting return shipments where goods need to be inspected from all sides, and handling pallets with quality defects that need to be relabelled without manual handling.

Power supply and capacity

Standard models run on 230V and can be plugged into a regular socket. The battery model is an alternative where power is not available, or where pulling cable should be avoided. Capacity is typically between 500 and 1500 kg per lift, depending on model.

Safety and operation

The operator controls the inversion via two-hand operation, ensuring hands are clear of the clamping area during the cycle. Most models have an open inversion chamber that makes it easy to see the goods during operation and stop the machine if the load shifts incorrectly.
